3 weeks and still waiting for delivery. Took the money (12/12), no order confirmation email (should be standard procedure for all companies), order not delivered three weeks later (02/01) and no response to my email. Not acceptable and would not recommend this company to anyone based on this experience

Finally received 2 days after the intended birthday. And what a disappointment it was. A small dry tasteless cookie with a typed message. The whole pack of 5 I bought from asda for 1 pound were better. A complete and utter rip of for over £12. Quite shocked they have the cheek to charge that. A giant delicious millies cookie is only 20 quid. Never again.Disappointed mum and teen.

I ordered a personalised headshot paw print of my dog, it was ok but was expensive for what I got, £ 59.95, For that price, coming in a frame would have been a better price to pay

If I could give no stars I would. Shocking service. I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day which didn’t arrive. When I chased it up I was informed order hadn’t actually been processed as they couldn’t deliver it. They didn’t think to tell me. I was really annoyed as it was a special present and resulted in my Mum not receiving anything on Mother’s Day.

Dreadful service. Had to chase an order for Mothers Day only to be told now sold out and they had not emailed me. Attitude stank. DO NOT USE this company.

Ordered the pack of 6 donut socks which arrived very quickly, but there were only five! Phoned Prezzybox, who were brilliant. I was sent a free returns label to return the faulty box and received a replacement within a couple of days. Great service - and great socks! Would definitely use this company again.

Not one for writing reviews but then again I have not received such bad customer service before.Ordered a gift which was due for delivery between the 14-17 December. Still not arrived, still not answering there phones and they still have not answered my e-mails.

Ordered 2 items didn’t arrive contacted pretty box they sent them express delivery and then only received one of the items, to close to Christmas for it to arrive now not best pleased
